For many individuals with disabilities, a simple haircut or manicure can be overwhelming due to sensory overload or physical barriers.  Morgan’s Salon set out to change this by creating a better beauty experience for guests of all abilities in a comfortable, judgment-free space.

Solution

The sensory-friendly techniques, the space was outfitted with adjustable shampoo sink bowls and wheelchair-accessible pedicure chairs, so guests with mobility issues can receive services comfortably. All hair and nail products are fragrance-free to avoid sensory triggers. Stylists perform personalized consultations and never rush any service to ensure every client can enjoy their salon visit.
